What We Offer
If your home is vacant, it is highly recommended that you stage the living room, master bedroom and accessorize the kitchen, at the very least. Let us help you add the necessities to the property that will help potential buyers envision themselves living there.
For an occupied home, we go room by room and focus on your furniture, artwork, accessories, photos, and other personal belongings to identify which items should be packed and put in storage, and which could be used or re-purposed for staging. We will also make suggestions for new items or minor updates to your home that would make your home market ready in order to maximize its impact on potential buyers.
Fee: $225, includes walk-through consultation and written report (to be received within 48 hours after walk- through).
